On September 29, 2010 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hello! My name is Casey Bloom and I am a member of several bands. At this time, I have recordings from shows from my bands "Mud Ruum" and "Fire Wheel" that I would like to share with everyone on www.archive.org.
I give you permission to archive our shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation. The only thing that I ask is what seems to be obvious to me... please do not include copies of official commercially available recordings. Any audience recordings are fair game!
